Who we are
Axarez is a web design and local SEO agency based in the UK. We are the controller of the personal data you give us through this website. Contact us at info@axarez.com or on 07979 862868.
What we collect
- Free map scan form: business name, postcode, main service, email address and phone number.
- Quote form: your name, business name, current website (if any), what you need, email address and phone number.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, buttons clicked and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics with IP anonymisation.
Why we use it
We use your details only to run your map scan, prepare your quote and reply to you about your request. Our lawful basis is your request for us to take these steps before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics are used only with your consent, to understand which pages and offers are useful. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Hostinger, our website host, which processes the form, sends it to our inbox, sends you a confirmation email and keeps a secure backup copy of your enquiry.
- Google, for analytics, only if you accept cookies.
- Our email provider, which stores our correspondence with you.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time. Email info@axarez.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Our site works without cookies. If you click “Accept” on the cookie notice, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and see which offers bring in enquiries. If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookies are set. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. You can change your mind with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser data.
